A horizontal rack mounting power distribution unit for fitting into standard 19″ communications cabinet, 1U Black aluminium extrusion fitted with 4 UK 13A BS1363 sockets, switch with a raised cover and collar and an earth screw point on the rear.

UK 13A BS1363 Socket 4 Way Horizontal 19″ Rack Mount PDU
This range of horizontal and vertical mounting PDUs are constructing using modular sockets and a black 1u aluminium shell.
The majority are switched (unless specification requires otherwise) with a raised collar and cover, to protect from accidental switch off.
Fitted power leads are 3m (approx) as standard, terminated with 13A UK plug. Some models have a 5m (approx) lead option, while other models have interchangeable powerlead options.
All PDUs fitted with the 13A UK lead are also available with IEC C14, IEC C20 and 16 amp industrial (aka Commando) plug options. A smaller selection of PDUs are available as 32 amp versions.
Other equipment can be earthed through the PDU, via an earth screw point on the rear (eg. A 19” metal rack cabinet could be earthed this way)
