ICON desk power and data units symbolise the most stylish and flexible offering available today with so many features built in, both sockets have a master switch with a blue ‘on’ indicator, to meet BS6396 re-settable 3.15A thermal fuses are used instead of normal fuses thus lowering the cost of ownership.
Like the innovative PD COMBO ADVANCE 80mm power grommet, the ICON uses a universal keystone fixture allowing hot swapping of data or media such as Cat 6, Cat 6A, USB A or C and HDMI coupler modules. In fact, there are 40 different combinations that the 5 coupler modules can be employed. We list, from our experience, what we believe would be the most popular but there is no limit to the flexibility.
The ICON could also be used to house a terminated keystone module as part of a structured cabling system, a true end to end solution, patch panel to the end user at the desk, or it could be left with fillers installed to be used anytime in the future if an upgrade is needed.
The ICON also uses smart USB chargers, Smart charging means the charger sends the appropriate power intelligently to the device, the A&C USB charger has a total output of both A&C of 18W max for example:

USB-C PD, 2V/5A, 5V/3A & 9V/2A, complies with BC1.2, PD2.0, QC3.0 and Apple Protocols
An all-new desk clamp is used to fix the ICON in place, and although mundane we have used FSE responsibly sourced card for boxing with biodegradable wrap to protect the ICON in transport.
