This RG59 coaxial cable is a shotgun style cable for broadcast and CCTV installation, combining a 75 Ohm coaxial core with a parallel 2 core power cable so that video and low voltage power or signal share a single run.

Running power alongside the video signal in one cable saves a separate power run and cuts installation time on CCTV camera drops. Coaxial video cable of this type is typically run from a camera or aerial back to a distribution point, with the extra cores removing the need for a separate low voltage supply cable alongside it.
