Mounting Hardware FAQs
What back box depth do I need behind a faceplate?
Back boxes are stocked in 32mm and 45mm depths. Use the deeper 45mm box where a module and its cable need extra room, or the 32mm box for a shallower stud or dry-lined wall.
What is the difference between LJ6C and Euro module sizes?
LJ6C and Euro 25x50mm are different faceplate cutout formats. Check which format your data module or keystone jack is built to before ordering a faceplate, as the two are not interchangeable.
How do I cover an unused faceplate port?
Modular Blanks fill an empty cutout on a faceplate, keeping the plate tidy and dust out of the back box until a module is fitted.
